Refund policy
Our Women’s custom competition suits are finished/shipped within 8 to 12 weeks turnaround time of the date of your purchase/deposit. The deposit of $300 already includes the $50 fitting appointment fee. The deposit states your suit purchase and is utilized towards the fitting appointment, process, purchase of fabric, connectors, crystals and sewing, and is non refundable.
All cancellations must be received within 24 hours of original deposit/order. A refund of $250 will only be given if you cancel within this time frame. The $50 appointment fee is non refundable. If you have opted to utilize a payment plan, A refund of your initial deposit of $250 will be given if canceled within the above timeframe. Once the order has been processed no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your deposit expires after 1 year, unless notified to place the order on hold.
Exchanges will only be applicable when dealing with broken, or defective accessories (i.e. garment connectors and/or decorative stones for competition suits). All exchanges will be addressed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at 512-599-3939 for further inquiry.
Regarding returns, Wozniak LLC has a strict all sales are final policy. This policy is applicable for both competition suits and standard swimwear. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges after we have begun the process. However, we can make changes or adjustments to your order if presented in a timely fashion. Please contact us at 512-599-3939 if you wish to make any changes to your existing order. It is the customer responsibility to provide correct measurements when requested. The correct measurement protocol for Wozniak LLC is provided for all competition suits sold on this site.
Men’s Competition Suits are finished 4 to 6 weeks turnaround time of the date of your purchase. Rush and Custom orders will be handled faster as arranged. All sales are final and non refundable. (Exemptions can be made due to sickness or injury).
